The results from Garrett's PET scan came back today and it shows that his tumor has responded well to the chemo. Praise the Lord and thanks for all the prayers! His tumor within his bone was reduced from 10 to 2.2 and within the soft tissue it went from 7.3 to all gone. We continue as a family to feel blessed by all the wonderful support we have received from friends and family. Hang in there with us as we take one hurdle at a time. We love you all!

Garrett, I went to sleep and woke up this morning feeling so blessed that I got to see you and give you a hug at relay for life. I can not begin to tell you what a wonderful experience I had. I watched you and I watched your friends, I am so proud of all of you. I looked at my grandson Powell and watched him with all the others, You have touched their lives and your illness has made young 16 and 17 years olds see life as the true reality it really is. I am very proud of the love and support my grandson has shown you. It says alot about all of you.

When I saw your name everywhere around the track it made me see life as it's true reality, as I told you before my sister had breast cance and cervical cancer and my neighbor and coworker had breast cancer.
God is a powerful and PRAISE Him for working in your life. When I saw your truly wonderful friends laying hands on you and praying It touched my heart so much, YOU ARE SO LOVED
